We are a private investment group controlled by Mike Cannon-Brookes. "Grok Ventures" is a registered business name of Cannon-Brookes Services Pty Limited (ACN 616 170 542). An affiliate of Grok Ventures, the Galipea Partnership, is the holder of a 10% interest in AGL Energy Limited, and Grok Ventures is campaigning against the demerger of AGL Energy Limited.
The Policy covers personal information (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act)) collected by any means and by any technology. This Policy does not apply to employee records (being records relating to a current or former employment relationship between Grok Ventures and an individual).
